Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
